We moved vets when Shams opened this surgery to continue with his care for our dog. He and the team have always been professional, caring and helpful. The few times Molly needed treatment (including having her puppies) he explained thoroughly to help us understand, the surgery performed or treatment given went well, she recovered as expected and the after care was excellent. We recently said goodbye to Molly, and until the end we experienced compassion, and a thoughtful and supportive approach. I cannot recommend Shams and his team enough.

The team at Sunrise vets are a dedicated, caring, professional, wonderful bunch of people. Our senior dog Bruno has been with the Sunrise family for 3 years and we couldn’t have asked for better care. Their communication is thoughtful, efficient, and timely. They always find the time to answer our queries (which as first time dog owners is really helpful!) and genuinely care. An extremely professional and friendly service. Our dog went lame whilst visiting family (we are not from the area). We arrived shortly before he closed and he welcomed us like we were a regular customer. As soon as you walk in you feel like you are in good hands. He even stayed half an hour after he was meant to close! I would 100% recommend this 5* vet to anyone lucky enough to live in the area, and if we ever had the misfortune to require a vet again whilst visiting here we would return to him without hesitation! Keep up the good work!

Excellent vet. Everyone always friendly and professional

This office always answers the phone (or gets back right away), always gets us in soon if our little guy has an issue or needs a regular seeing to. We really like that it's a small location/waiting room, and that generally you're the only one waiting. We've been to other vets in the past where the room is full of anxious pets, and that's not fun for anyone.
