We advise all puppies have a growth and development check when they turn 6 months age. This is a time, when puppies and are about to reach an important milestone in their life and are likely to reach puberty soon. At this examination, we assess puppies for their growth and development and address any pertinent issues and provide necessary advice.
We also advise kittens have a growth and development check up when they reach 5 months age, as at this stage they are likely to hit puberty and neutering becomes necessary. Besides assessing their growth and development, feasibility for potential neutering can also be assessed.
