Dr Mir is a warm and friendly professional vet. He will go the extra mile to ensure your pet is treated with the utmost care. The surgery is new, modern and spotless. The Sunrise team are welcoming and new customers are invited to take a look around to judge the surgery for themselves. This is a small, individual-focused vets where patients and their owners are known and looked after properly.

I've previously reviewed Sunrise, but wanted to update. In the current Covid climate, I was worried about taking my cat Pandora for her annual vaccinations, but honestly, I had absolutely nothing to worry about. For anyone who is looking for a first class veterinary practice that demonstrates excellent social distancing and safe processes for both customer and staff, this is the place to come to. The organisation from the minute you arrive until the end of the consultation was great. I would recommend Sunrise for its professionalism, knowledge, care, customer service and now for its ability to look after our previous furbabies during these most difficult and trying times. Thank you to Shams and the entire team, you guys are the best.

We were visiting friends in the area when my dog, Dobby wasn’t well, it was saturday morning and i didn’t want to wait til Monday. They fitted him in immediately. The vet, Dr Shams, was superb, gentle, thorough, professional - brilliant with the dog and with me! The receptionist was super friendly and reassuring too. This is what comes to mind after our 3 years of being supported, enabled, empowered, and cared for by Shams, Sarah, Jade, Chloe, and co. Our Bruno was always given the highest quality of care, and the team always went as far as needed (and beyond!) to help us.

We were even happy and willing to do a 1.5 hour round trip to stay with them when we moved house! We have since taken their sage advice to join a recommended surgery near to our new home - but we know we always have a home with them, and should we ever be in need, we have complete faith in their capacity and willing to offer their nurturing, helping hands.

We moved to Sunrise thanks to a recommendation from a friend, wish we had done it years ago. All the staff are very friendly and you feel like your doggo is gettng the attention they deserve, he even happily trots in to the practice, which was unheard of in our previous vets.

As always prompt caring attention to my 4 year old Springer. Consultation by phone and photo's, followed by an assessment at the surgery and in for surgery the next day. We have recommended Shams to our friends and rate his professionalism highly.
