We moved vets when Shams opened this surgery to continue with his care for our dog. He and the team have always been professional, caring and helpful. The few times Molly needed treatment (including having her puppies) he explained thoroughly to help us understand, the surgery performed or treatment given went well, she recovered as expected and the after care was excellent. We recently said goodbye to Molly, and until the end we experienced compassion, and a thoughtful and supportive approach. I cannot recommend Shams and his team enough.

I was recommended Sunrise Vets by a friend. My dog had developed a nasty skin condition . With the care, attention, and expertise given to her, she is now back to her old self. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. It’s a little gem in parbold.

1st time using the vets for our little puppy Milo's first needles. All the staff are very friendly and gave me brilliant advice on the best type of foods.
Back in 3 weeks for his 2nd needles and free microchip.

Wouldn’t take our two dogs anywhere else. Shams takes his time with examinations, and is very gentle with our dogs. He always thoroughly checks them over regardless of what they attend for.
One of our girls is very nervous and he is so understanding and patient with her.
In addition, the rest of Sunrise team are very friendly and helpful always make you feel welcome with a little chat. Very clean practice and plenty of parking on site too.

As always prompt caring attention to my 4 year old Springer. Consultation by phone and photo's, followed by an assessment at the surgery and in for surgery the next day. We have recommended Shams to our friends and rate his professionalism highly.

This is what comes to mind after our 3 years of being supported, enabled, empowered, and cared for by Shams, Sarah, Jade, Chloe, and co. Our Bruno was always given the highest quality of care, and the team always went as far as needed (and beyond!) to help us.

We were even happy and willing to do a 1.5 hour round trip to stay with them when we moved house! We have since taken their sage advice to join a recommended surgery near to our new home - but we know we always have a home with them, and should we ever be in need, we have complete faith in their capacity and willing to offer their nurturing, helping hands.

The team at Sunrise vets are a dedicated, caring, professional, wonderful bunch of people. Our senior dog Bruno has been with the Sunrise family for 3 years and we couldn’t have asked for better care. Their communication is thoughtful, efficient, and timely. They always find the time to answer our queries (which as first time dog owners is really helpful!) and genuinely care. We always get an excellent service here. Shams is very good as explaining the issues our dog has clearly and what the treatment prescribed does. All the staff are great and very friendly and I'd highly recommend the practice.

I've previously reviewed Sunrise, but wanted to update. In the current Covid climate, I was worried about taking my cat Pandora for her annual vaccinations, but honestly, I had absolutely nothing to worry about. For anyone who is looking for a first class veterinary practice that demonstrates excellent social distancing and safe processes for both customer and staff, this is the place to come to. The organisation from the minute you arrive until the end of the consultation was great. I would recommend Sunrise for its professionalism, knowledge, care, customer service and now for its ability to look after our previous furbabies during these most difficult and trying times. Thank you to Shams and the entire team, you guys are the best.

In my opinion, the best in the North West. Shams and his staff always have the time and patience to deal with all your needs. Been a client there for over 5yrs, never any issues. Great to deal with.

We were visiting friends in the area when my dog, Dobby wasn’t well, it was saturday morning and i didn’t want to wait til Monday. They fitted him in immediately. The vet, Dr Shams, was superb, gentle, thorough, professional - brilliant with the dog and with me! The receptionist was super friendly and reassuring too. Wonderfully compassionate and an excellent service. Shams and his team are always efficient and immediately put us at ease. They treat Darcy like she’s she only pet in the world.
